Winter in LA can be tricky. "Winter White" they say....chic and crisp on a cold day. But, what about when it's 82 degrees outside and you are having a Ladies and Gents Who Lunch at the beach? In December? With SPF 30 on? Is "Winter White" still as crispy?
Thankfully with my strict "no rules in fashion" mentality, it all flies....
